[ the facility looks pretty damn secure, unfortunately. the trees around them are tall, pretty old, and he'd see at one point about twenty feet from the corner of the roof, one tree bends a bit over the fencing. an impressive leap MIGHT be able to make it but there'd be that whole... getting to the roof thing in the first place. ]
