[Myri asks Spike to come with her, and they check out a car, which she lets him drive, directing him to take them towards London. As they ride, she studies him in the darkness, before finally saying:]   I... meant to ask as well, how you were feeling. I heard people talking about what happened.

[Spike gives him a flat look.]

If you're expecting any answers from me, you'll be waiting a bloody long time. I've got no clue.

They're not really type to ask what they want to know. They're usually a bit more invasive. [ and he puts two fingers in his mouth and whistles, at which point lights flare up on a van in the parking lot and the back is thrown open. ]

By then, I'll be long gone. Elena with me. [ and with that little threat, some big burly guys come out of the van to hoist spike up and into the back. doppelspike saunters to stand behind it and watch him with a smug smirk. ] Enjoy your flight.

LEAVE HER ALONE, YOU BLOODY FACE-STEALING GIT! [And Spike will struggle as much as he can. Which is to say... not at all. This spell is the worst.]

[ and the doors are closed to the sound of spike's own laughter muffled beyond them. time to take a drive, spike. bump bump bump bump bump. ]

[ everything is horrible. eventually the vehicle comes to a stop, and moments later the doors are opened again, and he's drawn out and into a helicopter on what looks like a tiny helipad in the middle of fucking nowhere on the english moor. yep. TIME FOR A FLIGHT, SPIKE, WHERE COULD WE BE GOING. 8) ]

[A WONDERFUL TROPICAL VACATION MAYBE? No that would involve a lot of sun. So actually not so unlikely. Somewhere awful wherever it is. Spike just glowers and hates everything.]

[ naw they're arriving in the dead of night. but yeah, probably somewhere awful. he catches a glimpse out the window of the island after just a couple hours or less of flying. maybe he can put two and two together. either way, they angle towards a small airstrip fenced off behind a sprawling, beautiful castle nestled amid the trees. ]

[ they land on the strip, where a few people are standing outside, including some armed guards. the first face he sees when he's pulled down is a familiar blonde with super long claws beneath her gloved hands. ]

Oh, it'll keep up. I can go all night, pet! [Spike glares at Dimitris.] May as well give up right now. Nothing you can do'll get me to cooperate a bit.

[ dimitris looks down his nose at spike, all disdainful amusement. ] Yes, I believe I've heard that before. From your friend Myrilandel, in fact.

[His jaw tightens.] I'm not her. [She'd better be all right.]

No, you certainly aren't. [ there's something sinister in the appraisal, as he looks spike over as if he's anything but human. ] It's her ability that makes her valuable to me.

[He doesn't want them touching her healing powers. But for once, he doesn't blurt out something stupid.]

It's hardly that interesting. Just enough to nearly give you lot a sporting chance against me. Wouldn't want to take you all out too quickly. It'd just be embarrassing.

Oh, we're not going to fight you. [ he moves forward to tap spike's temple ]

We're going to cut you open and see what ingenious methods are at work in that subpar brain of yours.
